Development Services Division

The Development Services Division is comprised of four departments: Building Inspections, Code Compliance, Engineering, and Planning. Each department assists citizens and the development community through the many stages of development and construction — from zoning, plan approvals, permits, inspections, and code enforcement. Engineering 

The City of Bullard contracts Municipal Engineering Services with Capco Engineering for owner, Brian Capps, to act as City Engineer for the City of Bullard.
