The City of Bullard, Texas, with a population of 2,463, is located on U. S. Hwy. 69 South in Smith and Cherokee Counties approximately 8 miles south of Tyler.

DUE TO DROUGHT-LIKE CONDITIONS, THE CITY OF BULLARD IS IMPLEMENTING STAGE 1 WATER CONSERVATION NOTICE.
THE FOLLOWING WATER RESTRICTIONS APPLY:
ALL WATER CUSTOMERS HAVING EVEN NUMBERED ADDRESSES ARE PERMITTED TO WATER OUTSIDE ONLY ON SUNDAY, TUESDAY AND THURSDAY.
ALL WATER CUSTOMES HAVING ODD NUMBERED ADDRESSES ARE PERMITTED TO WATER OUTSIDE ONLY ON SATURDAY, MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY.
OUTDOOR WATER USE OF ANY KIND IS PROHIBITED ON FRIDAY.
