The City of Bullard is a growing city with a forward-thinking City government that is reaching to accommodate the needs of its citizens. Bullard is a Type A General Law Municipality with a Council/Manager form of government.
The City’s Commissions and Boards act as advisors for their respective divisions and were created by state or local legislative authority depending on their functions.
The City Council is the City’s legislative body and includes the Mayor and five Council Members.
The City Manager ensures that City services are accomplished in an efficient, effective, and a cordial manner; develops programs and strategies for a safer environment; creates a positive perception of the City by cooperating with other governmental agencies, and by coordinating, directing, and reviewing activities of all municipal operations.
