The City Council is the legislative body of the City of Bullard.  The City Council enacts local legislation, adopts budgets, determines policies and appoints the City Manager.  All of the powers of the City Council are exercised as prescribed by the Charter of the City of Bullard.

The Bullard City Council consists of a mayor and five council members, who meet on the second Tuesday of each month.   You may contact any and all of your elected officials through the Bullard City Hall at 903-894-7223.
